I am Jen Calbeck and together with our on-site Service Technicians we represent the Customer Service department for Devonleigh Homes. It is our job to ensure that you understand and are comfortable with your warranty coverage. I am here to answer questions and hear your concerns, but most importantly I am here to schedule our valued employees and trades people into your home to complete any warrantable work. For your own protection it is vital that you submit all of your concerns directly to us in writing. I understand that it may be tempting to call up one of our sales representatives or to stop a site supervisor or service technician on site to voice your concerns however due to the fact that they are very busy individuals this is how issues may become poorly communicated or overlooked.
I maintain an up to date and accurate file on every new home that we build and use this file to assist in rectifying all concerns quickly and accurately. The most effective way to receive after sales service is to contact me directly so that we can ensure that all of the necessary steps are taken to make certain that you are receiving the best service.
Should you require emergency service, a phone call followed up with a written explanation of your concerns is all that we require.
